This painting is very special to me. Perhaps the reason is the comfort I felt while painting it. It was easy and flowing, the brushstrokes quickly finding their place. It was as if the brush in my hand was guiding me to add touches here and there. The orange color was cheerful and filled with warmth and safety. The shades of yellow and blue were pure, as if I were taking a walk under the warmth of the sun in winter.
